Meeting Room Rental Space

Swedenborg Chapel has two meeting rooms that would be ideal for your small or large group needs. Both Large and Small meeting rooms have access to washrooms and kitchen and both have direct access to the street. Parking lot for 30 cars is beside building with additional parking on the street.

We provide Wifi availability which you can access, allowing for Web Conferencing and direct uploading.

The main hall of the church, with row seating for 100 people facing the raised chancel, serves as the Sanctuary. It is an excellent room for larger meetings. There is access to kitchen and washrooms. There is ample room behind the seating area for serving refreshments.

Rental fee: $500 (up to 3 hrs.)

This is for one-time events.

Ongoing groups can negotiate

a lower rate.

A smaller meeting room for 10-15 people with a separate access to the outside. Room features a sofa, chairs and meeting table which comfortably seats 6-8.

An adjoining room can be used as additional break out area. Table height in this room is adjustable for children's seating or adult seating.

Rental fee per hour: $75 (up to 3 hrs.)

This is for one-time events.

Ongoing groups can negotiate

a lower rate.
